Second, here is the recipe and making process for one cup of cold Matcha bubble tea.
Recipe:
2 tablespoons of pure Matcha green tea powder (about 6g)
40ml syrup
room temperature water 120ml
pure milk 60ml
milk powder 30g
hot water 50ml
ice cube 150g
50g (2-3 tablespoons) of tropical pearls
Making process:
Pour 6g Matcha & 120ml room temperature water in a Matcha bowl and use a Matcha whisk to stir well (If bubble tea shop does not have a Matcha bowl, can use a blender to stir the Matcha evenly.)
Pour 30g milk powder & 50ml hot water in a shaker, stir well, then put syrup (stir well),
then pour No. 2 into a transparent tall cup or plastic cup first, next put ice cube & tropical pearl, then milk & well-prepared Matcha inside a cup. That’s it.
