Our ball-ground machine operates in a freezer house where the temperature is maintained at below freezing point at -15℃. The low temperature has been maintained throughout the tea leaf grinding process after extensive research as it can ensure the nutritional composition of the ground tea which is being produced as the loss of essential oils will be greatly reduced at temperatures belong freezing temperature of water.

Though many people are using tea leaves for making the tea, however, the process is more time consuming compared to using powder. Usually, during the process of converting the tea leaves into powder, many of the important nutritional ingredients in the tea like polyphenols are lost during grinding at normal temperatures and high speeds. So to ensure that the active nutritional ingredients which help improve wellness are retained, a specialized slow micro-grinding process is used at a low temperature for converting the organic tea leaves into a powder which is light brown in color and can be quickly used to make a cup of tea.
